The 3 advanced DA42-TDI twinstar aircrafts are ordered by Royal Thai Airforce to augment their existing fleets. This is also the 604 squadron's first twin engine aircrafts in the last 45 years years and the crew and staff are looking forward to flying them on flight training operations. All 3 aircrafts are fitted with the Thielert Centurion 2.0 engine and latest G1000 integrated flight deck including the GFC700 3 axis autopilot.
